The programme for Saturday and Sunday is as follows. Coffee and tea are included throughout.

Arrival

Arrival and reception

If you are staying the whole weekend you are welcome from 08:00 on Saturday: registration, room key, goody bag, and we will show you where to park your GT. Guests taking part for one day only arrive at the same times and stay for as long as that day's programme runs — Saturday through the BBQ and the evening, Sunday through the dinner and the party. Only those coming to look are bound to 10:00 to 17:00: that is access to the grounds and the fair, without taking part in the programme.

Fair

Parts fair

Parts and technical items, on the estate. Saturday from 12:15 to 18:30, Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00. Would you like a table of your own? Mention it in the comments on the registration form.

Tour

Tour and skill trials

On both days we drive a tour from 13:15 to 17:00. Saturday is the Molenrit through the surrounding area; on Sunday we drive a tour with skill trials, four at most. The results follow on Sunday evening at around 22:30.

BBQ

The barbecue

The barbecue is ready on Saturday at 19:00. It is part of the full package and of ‘Saturday only’; those just coming to look do not join the meal. Vegetarian or on a diet? Mention it in the comments on the registration form and we will take it into account.

Tombola

The small tombola

On Saturday evening at 21:00 we hold a small tombola. After that the evening is yours until 01:00. The main prize-giving is on Sunday evening, after the skill trials.

Party

Dinner and party

The function room opens on Sunday at 18:30, dinner starts at 19:00 and the party follows until 01:00. Music by DJ Harrie. The theme is: dress as Dutch as you can. At around 22:30 the prizes are awarded for the skill trials and the games.

Breakfast and departure

Breakfast is only for guests who booked the full package: Sunday from 08:30 to 10:00 and Monday from 09:00 to 10:00. On Monday we ask you to leave between 10:00 and 12:00.
